These terms apply to your use of apexwindow.com.au. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — the supply of products and installation work is governed by the written quote and any contract you sign with us.

Information on this site

We aim to keep product descriptions, options and service areas accurate and current. The site is general information, not advice for a specific building. Product availability, specifications and pricing can change, and what suits one opening may not suit another.

Colours shown on screen are indicative only. Screen calibration, ambient light and image compression all shift how a powder-coat finish appears. Ask us for physical samples before making a colour decision.

Quotes and pricing

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. Prices are given only in a written quote, are based on the measurements and specification recorded at the time, and are valid for the period stated on the quote.

A quote may need to be revised if the site conditions differ from what was measured or described, if the specification changes, or if hidden structural issues are found once an existing unit is removed. We tell you before doing any work that changes the price.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve manufacturing capacity or an installation date. We will respond to arrange a measure or answer your question. Personal information you send is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this website limits, excludes or modifies those guarantees, or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any warranty we offer on products or workmanship is set out in your quote or contract documents and is in addition to those guarantees.

The content, layout, graphics and diagrams on this site are owned by Apex Window or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or managing a job with us. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written consent.
